Resep Ayam Gorenng Mentega

1 sdm Kecap Manis / 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 sdm Merica / Pepper

2 sdm Saos Tiram / 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 

3 siung Bawang Putih / 3 Cloves Of Garlic

1/2 Bawang Bombay / 1/2 pcs Union 

GORENG:

5 sdm Mentega / 5 tbsp Margarine

1 sdm Kecap Manis / 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

4 sdm Saus Sambal / 4 tbsp Chili Sauce

4 sdm Kecap Inggris / 4 tbsp Worcester Sauce
